Service

All the CEIA Ultrasonic Cleaning Machines are constructed using state-of-the-art electronic technology. Internal components can be replaced whenever necessary, and do not require any calibration - the electronics have been divided into self-contained cards for this very purpose.

This technology allows technical assistance to be provided at a distance, saving on the cost of shipping the machines to the factory. In order further to facilitate identification of any technical problems that may occur, CEIA has added to its maintenance manuals a trouble-shooting sheet which takes the user step by step towards identifying and resolving the problem that has been encountered. This type of service, involving the machine itself, the user and the manufacturer, allows the machines to be repaired quickly without the inconvenience caused by long waiting times.

Spare Parts Service

The spare parts service is completely automated, efficient and highly reliable.

All materials used are closely checked and approved on arrival at CEIA, and are then placed in automated storage systems as prescribed by our internal quality-control procedures.

The storage and logistical organization of the components, together with rigid checks on packaging, ensure that the spare parts service is the top in terms of safety and reliability.

Technical assistance is offered by telephone/fax or on-site by highly-qualified personnel with many years of experience in the ultrasonic cleaning field.
