The CEIA W2 water extractor is employed after ultrasonic cleaning or galvanising treatments to dry metal and other products in goldsmithery, silversmithery, eyeglass production and other sectors where processing of particularly delicate objects is required.
To obtain the perfect surface finish of the product without haloes or calcium carbonate marks, the pieces must be rinsed with running water and then with distilled water.
Drying is carried out by placing the hook racks or baskets containing the objects directly into the drying chamber, making sure to close the opening on top with the lid provided. When the fan is switched on, the air for the chamber is sucked up from the bottom of the machine and reaches the heating coil via a filter.
The speed of the fan can be adjusted from 25% to 100%. The structure of the CEIA W2 is entirely in AQ INOX, and is characterised by its extreme robustness, resistance to knocks and long life. |
